I had ventured over to Columbia's Italian Festival, where I saw this fabulous woman walking with her pup on the sidewalk between the Robert Mills House and the Hampton-Preston Mansion. Such a jaunty style, no?
Here's another view. Indeed, I hated to see her walk away.
