Risking hip and limb, I ventured out to a neighborhood hillside this evening for a bit of snow-inspired fun. To my delight, I found this adorable young lady improvising--with quite a bit of flair. Not only had she fashioned a sled for herself from a box, but she'd mocked up some colourful winter footwear by using plastic bags.
Kellane had lost one of her purple booties, somewhere in a bank of snow. Do be careful, Lee Ann (Kellane's mum) warned me. It's treacherous out here.....
...though I doubt if this is the safest stance to take in the snow.
