Though there was
more neon than I've seen since 1986, these runners--with their surprising Cowboys-from-Hawaii theme--stole the show. Well done, gentlemen.
They and all the other runners in the Governor's Cup road race were the beneficiaries of cheers from this group,
possibly the cutest family in America.
