Ian....Tapp's Building

I met Ian outside the Tapp's Building, where he was surveying the windows on a Sunday afternoon. It seems the young man has been charged with designing one of them for First Thursday this week.  I was delighted by the way his graphic black and white ensemble seemed to match the building's--and I was quite taken with how he had twisted his moustache.  It made me all the more curious to see his window, which is at present still under wraps.
