This young woman most definitely stood out at the mall's food court, so I had to ask about her ensemble. She told me it was theme day at the store she manages,

The store's employees have decided to dress around a theme every Saturday. This Saturday's was a club theme. Grinning, Shannon told me her boyfriend had called her outfit a variation on the description of a
mullet--business in the front, party in the back. "He says this is gangster up top, party on bottom," she said with a big laugh.
Gangsters, parties, theme days and costumes aside, there's no denying Shannon's gorgeous smile.
