Triennial Revisited. I was, as you might imagine, just as eager to view more closely Allison's ensemble. Her scarf, she told me, was a gift from her mother. The boots she snagged at Forever 21. She also volunteered a tip: Allison recommends giving yourself a time limit when you shop the new Forever 21 at the mall. Otherwise, she says, the amount of time you spend there could become ridiculous.
