As we hover on the brink of Summer II (the season that runs through Thanksgiving, with October 31 as a sort of independence day), I've looked back fondly over my photos from Summer I, 2011. By all appearances, it seems to have been
the summer of the maxi in Columbia....
...which leads one to wonder if long skirts will become a permanent part of our fair city's hemline mix. Speculations, anyone?
