Jillian....Runaway Runway

Each year, I attend Runaway Runway with great anticipation--and I am always delighted by the wit and creativity I see. Apparently every year, I should learn to anticipate a twinge of disappointment as well, since my favourite designer has yet to win. This year, Jillian (pictured above) made a ball gown from discarded men's shirts. It was delightful--as was this....
...her entry from two years ago. That's when she constructed an amazing dress from the yellowed pages of old romance novels....
the bodice made from the covers of, what else, bodice rippers!
